Roll with Cream Delight

Ingredients
4 eggs
10 tbsp sugar
10 tbsp flour
5 g baking powder
rind and juice of 1/2 lemon
# For the cream:
200 g delight of your choice
50 ml milk
50 g sugar
100 g chocolate sprinkles
Method
Eggs are broken sugar foam, slowly add flour, baking powder, juice and zest. Pour dough on a sheet of paper with cooking rectangular baking dish. Bake at 180C, 8 min. Remove from the oven and turned on surface sprinkled with sugar. Wound on a roll and leave to cool. When done carefully unfolds. Turkish delight, sugar and milk melt over low heat. This cream is smeared roll and sprinkle with plenty of chocolate sprinkles. Rolls up again and leave to set. Serve after stand at least 1 hour in refrigerator.
