Rolls pigskin

Ingredients
pigskin
leeks
garlic
pepper
pepper
salt
cabbage juice

Method
The skin is cut into rectangular pieces. The inside sprinkles salt, pepper, chopped leeks and crushed garlic. Wrap up tight rolls, tied with string and boiled in cabbage juice until soft. Serve cold, cut into slices.

recipe is great! I added boslek, cumin and put paprika. It was very tasty appetizer smelling of spices, and how many drinks of wine :) Set a picture!
