Round banitsa with cottage cheese

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
2 cup (400 g) cottage cheese
250 g butter
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) of water
1 pinch salt

Method
Of flour, a little salt and 1 1/2 cups of water and kneaded solid dough, which is rolled into sheets. Sprinkle each sheet with melted butter and salted cottage cheese, rolls up into a roll and place in baking dish greased with butter. The banitsa bake at moderate temperature. After removal from the oven, sprinkle with a mixture of 2 tbsp fried butter and 1 cup of water and cover with a towel. Serve after cool.
