Round banitsa stuffed with meat

Ingredients
250 g flour
70 g butter
1 egg
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
400 g minced meat
2 onions
2 tbsp chopped mushrooms
salt
paprika
Method
Of flour, a pinch of salt, 30 g butter, egg, vinegar and a little warm water to prepare a soft dough, which is drawn on cloth (for strudel). From fried 20 g butter onions, mushrooms and meat is cooked stuffing, which is seasoned with salt and pepper. The stretched sheet of dough sprinkled with some of the melted remaining butter. Insert the stuffing, then using a towel wrapped roll. Roll is wrapped like a snail in a greased baking dish with butter, sprinkle with remaining butter and bake 25 minutes in a hot oven. Cut with a sharp knife and serve with sauce or roasted tomato sauce.
