Salad of asparagus with lemon sauce

Ingredients
500 g asparagus
3 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned asparagus tied link, place in boiling water and cook. Tender asparagus are removed, allowed to drain, arranged in a dish and pour the sauce, which is prepared by stir the lemon juice with the oil, salt and pepper to taste.
