Salad with avocado and olives

Ingredients
3 cores or other crispy lettuce salad
2 large tomatoes
1 cucumber
1-2 cloves garlic
150 g brined feta cheese
1 red pepper or roasted 2
20 whole black olives
1 avocado
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp parsley or fresh coriander
salt
pepper on a knife
white balsamic vinegar
olive oil
Method
Lettuce cut into wide strips, diced tomato, cucumber peel and cut polukragcheta, the feta cheese into cubes avocado bisects and spoon is removed from the sheet. Fruit is cut into cubes. Parsley cut into small pieces. Pepper cleaned and cut into squares. The whole was mixed. In a mortar to Grind the garlic with the salt and pepper, add about 2 tbsp vinegar and lemon zest and stir to melt salt. Add oil and again stirred. Pour on salad and the products have been in the refrigerator, then allowed to warm to room temperature. Sprinkle with olives, served in a salad. Available crusty bread or baguette. Avocados are ripe when under pressure feels soft and lends or tvardokozhite varieties, its sheet is brown-green almost as if it were spoiled.
