Salad of boiled fish with green onion

Ingredients
650 g fillet of hake and mackerel
150 g mayonnaise
100 g marinated peppers
600 g red tomatoes
2 bunches of spring onions
150 g fresh cucumbers
1/2 bunch parsley
1 lemon
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
50 g carrots
50 g onion
1/2 bunch of dill
1 tbsp (10 g) salt
Method
Sweep fish fillet is placed in boiling water in which they are placed carrots, salt, vinegar, onions and cook for 15-20 minutes. Boiled fish, once cool, cut into strips or cubes and mix well with the peeled onion, fresh cucumbers, cut into cubes, pour one part of mayonnaise, add salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill . Red tomatoes are cut into two halves, slightly gouge and are arranged with the opening upwards in the oblong plate or small plates and filled with mayonnaise. Optional tomatoes can decorate with a sprig of parsley and lemon slices.
