Ingredients
1/2 cabbage
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 carrot
parsley
dill
olives for decoration
salt
sunflower oil
vinegar

Method
Cabbage is cut julienne, and triturated with salt. Add the grated carrot and diced tomatoes and cucumbers. Parsley and dill finely and put to the vegetables. Taste with the oil and vinegar and stir. Pour into the salad plates and garnish with raspberries.
