Salad with cauliflower and leeks

Ingredients
1 small head cauliflower
1 stalk leek
4 eggs
300 g feta cheese
300 g walnuts
100 g of mustard
150 ml sunflower oil
150 ml vinegar
salt, black pepper
Method
Cauliflower is broken into small florets, which are placed in 7 minutes in boiling salted water. Remove and leave to cool. Boil eggs, peel and cut into cubes, add to the cauliflower. Thus is cut and the feta cheese. Leek cut into diagonal washers half a centimeter thick. The walnuts also cut. The oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper boil.
