Salad with crab sticks and orange

Ingredients
4 oranges
100 g crab sticks
1 tsp mustard
2 eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
50 ml cream
leaves of lettuce
pepper
salt
basil
Method
Oranges are cut in half and carefully carve. Hard-boiled eggs and the crab sticks finely. Prepare sauce as cream and mayonnaise mix and add a little mustard, salt and pepper to taste. The sauce is poured over the eggs and the crab sticks. With so prepared mixture is filled orange bowls. Before serving, leave in the fridge for two hours to cool. Serve on lettuce leaves.
