Ingredients
1 lettuce
500 g yogurt
300-400 g sweetcorn
3-4 cloves garlic
salt
oil
olives

Method
Lettuce wash and dry. Chopped or cut into julienne. Yogurt mix with corn, crushed garlic, olive oil and salt to taste, and add to lettuce. Garnish with olives.
