Salad with Roasted cheese

Ingredients
100-150 g feta cheese (harder)
1-2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1-2 scallions
2-3 roasted red peppers
1-2 tbsp canned corn
1-2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
salt
vinegar
1-2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil Crisp
3-4 olives

Method
Vegetables are washed and cut into medium-sized pieces, salad. Onion cut into small pieces. Roasted red peppers cut into small strips. The feta cheese bake on a plate with a little sunflower oil or olive oil on both sides. To obtain a brown crust. Dill is cut into small pieces and mix with olive oil. In salad bowl is placed in the middle Roasted feta cheese and pour the mixture of dill and olive oil. From the sides of piles rank about the feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, corn and roasted red peppers. Ornaments placed on the feta cheese in the middle 3-4 olives, and on them two parsley sprig. The salad is seasoned with salt and vinegar optional.

Very nice. If it is not greasy cheese snag. Also plate must be extremely hot.

What I served had not penetrated and stood tvardichko means and at first I was a hard cheese. And I've done in the pan sandwich /'ve CRISP / and I have not ran and was very tasty. I bake and smoked cheese and it ran tribute. Really plate must be extremely hot.
