Ingredients
1 kg of flour
250 ml water
150 ml milk
50 g yeast
3 eggs
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
butter
caraway and sesame
skinless sausages or other sausage
cheese

Method
Combine milk and water and heated. Add to sugar and salt and yeast mix well to dissolve the yeast. In cup sifted flour and thereto is added the yeast 2's eggs and one white (yolk spreads) and mix a soft dough, which is divided into three balls. Each roll of thin crust, as between themselves, brushed with melted butter. Peel cut into triangles placed skinless sausage or salami and turn muffins. Arrange in a greased baking pan. Leave to rise. Spread top with egg yolk and sprinkle optional.
