Ingredients
500 g fish fillet
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
2 sprigs parsley and lovage
250 g fresh cucumber
250 g tomatoes
2-3 pepper
salt, pepper

Method
Fillets sprinkled with lemon juice and add salt. Half vegetable oil becomes heated and in it fry the chopped onion and garlic. Then put the fish, make wine and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Capped and stew 10-15 minutes. Cut peppers into strips fried in vegetable remaining butter. After 10 minutes, add peeled, cut into pieces of cucumber, and five minutes later and cut tomatoes in halves. Season with salt and pepper. Finished vegetable pour over the fish, capped and leave another 5 minutes on low heat, without boiling.
