Ingredients
1 salt mackerel
4-5 boiled potatoes
1 onion
3 pickles
vinegar or lemon juice
parsley
olive oil or sunflower oil
Method
Cut the fish into slices 1 cm thick. The potatoes finely, pickles too, and onion slices. Mix everything carefully, put it in an oblong salad seasoned with sunflower oil, lemon juice. Decorate with pieces of lemon and chopped parsley.
