100 g feta cheese

Method
Slices are coated with the butter and top grate the feta cheese. To be put on circle egg and parsley sprig. On egg yolk can put a circle of olive.

glair not otroyava well on the cheese, and two are white. I would also slice decorated with chutney or another contrast. Probably like a dandelion:-)

I know no greater contrast, but at home we like the taste of cheese with egg. There are different options for the base - chutney or pate also become. Try and shoot!
