150 g feta cheese
Boil the beans and rub together with cooked spinach in colander. Mix with fat and ground onion. With the resulting mixture spreadable bed of bread. On Mix shredded feta cheese, decorate with slices of hard-boiled egg and olives. On the egg sprinkle black pepper. Serve cold as an appetizer. This recipe is an old national dish, typical of the Bulgarian table of Pleven region.
