Sausage with leek and mushroom stew

Ingredients
400 g raw sausage
400 g fresh mushrooms
400 g leek
400 g potatoes
40 ml water
8 tbsp sunflower oil
salt

Method
The products are cut, put in clay casseroles and add the oil and water. Add salt and mix well. Placed in a cold oven and bake at 200 C for 1 hour and 35 minutes. When serving optional can be sprinkled with ground pepper or ground pungent capsicum.
