1 white meat chicken
egg
parsley
rusk
pepper and salt
butter
Method
Take care of the bones white meat of a chicken. Cut it into pieces. Fuck it with a wooden hammer and shape of schnitzel. Add salt and pepper, then dip them in eggs, beaten with chopped parsley, crushed in biscuits and again in the eggs and fry them on medium heat. After removing the cutlets on a plate, put on each of them a lump of butter. Serve them warm with fried potatoes, mashed potatoes or peas with butter and salad.
