Ingredients
250 g beef
50 g split pea (or lentils)
1 onion
2 cm piece ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp coriander seeds, garam masala, chopped Coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 egg
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Vegetables are cut in large pieces. Put the lentils and minced meat with 250 ml water to boil. When a boil reduce heat and boil until the water evaporates and the lentils is boiled. Leave to cool. Put the mixture into a bowl and add ginger garlic bow and all the dry spices without garam masala. Stir well. Once we mix up all the blender - to become like a mess, but not too finely ground. Finally, add the leaves of coriander and garam masala. Shape meatballs. Melting in beaten egg and fry.
