Shark spinach

Ingredients
500 g fillet of shark
600 g spinach
3 cloves garlic
100 ml dry white wine
100 g grated cheese
30 g ground walnuts
100 ml cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
Method
Fillet of shark are dried and sprayed with lemon juice. Washed spinach are blanched for 1-2 minutes. Grind the garlic and mix with the oil. This mixture is smeared on the bottom refractory baking.
