Shepherd fricassee

Ingredients
1-1.5 kg shileshko meat
600 g potatoes
200 g cauliflower
1 white radish
200 g carrots
1 onion
100 g sour cream
mint, parsley
3-4 green onions and garlic
salt
Method
The meat is cut, portioned pieces, pour cold water and boil. This broth is discarded and the meat is placed in a pressure cooker. Add the cleaned and chopped vegetables, salt, and pour the water two fingers above products. Pan closes and boil 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once open, remove the meat and vegetables Strain with cream. Season with mint. A light sauce that is poured over the meat. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley, onion and garlic.

You can actually cook in a simple pot, of course;) but must be added the products one by one according to their time to cook, and will extend quite time cooking as a whole.

Sauce *fricassee* is prepared in a completely different way. I think the title of the recipe is not correct. The sauce is interesting, but not fricassee.

For Ina: Of course, that is not fricassee :)! Quote exactly as I wrote it down. But it is tasty and healthy. And lazy;)
