Shortcake with three milks (Tres Leches)

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp bakpluver
vanilla
# of sauce:
1 cup condensed milk without sugar
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
whipped cream (made of pastry cream and powdered sugar)
30 ml rum (optional)
Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, then while beating slowly add the egg yolks. Then slowly add the sugar, the oil, vanilla and finally the flour sifted with baking powder in advance. Pour into a deep tray. Bake at a moderate oven (200 ° C for 15-17 minutes), until golden brown top. Remove and leave to cool, as it is in the pan for 15 minutes. Mix the three types of milk (optional addition of alcohol). The base is pricked with a fork and pour the mixture of milks. Allow to stand for 10 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb, then topped with cream on top.
