Shortcake with zucchini

Ingredients
3 eggs
250 g brown sugar
250 g flour
200 g ground hazelnuts
300 g grated zucchini
150 ml sunflower oil
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1. L. cinnamon
Method
Eggs and sugar froth. Add the oil and mix. Flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and hazelnuts mix and add to the egg mixture. Mix well, add courgettes and mix again. The mixture is poured into a tray covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180 C oven until ready (about 40 minutes). Optional cake pour chocolate glaze.
