Ingredients
200 g chicken fillet
2 tbsp neutral starch
1 tbsp soy sauce
40 g rice noodles
100 g mushrooms
100 g leek
1 red pepper
1 cube chicken broth
sunflower oil
salt and pepper
5-6 sprigs of parsley
# For soup thickenerta:
1 yolk
1 tsp lemon juice

Method
Slice chicken into strips, mix starch with 1 tbsp water and soy sauce and meat inundate this marina. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. During this time, soak the rice noodles in water to soften. Then boil them in salted water for 8 minutes to soften. That no rice noodles can replace them with ordinary crush them short. Slice the leeks, pepper and chopped and mushrooms on wheels. Heated in a skillet sunflower oil 50 ml and braise meat with marinade first, then add all the vegetables. Transfer to a saucepan and add 1 liter of boiling water, 1 cube chicken broth salt and pepper. Leave to boil until everything is tender. Once soup is ready add the already cooked spaghetti, and zastroyvam. And finally add the chopped parsley.
