Ingredients
120 g of finely crushed noodles
4 tomatoes
4 tbsp sunflower oil
100 g cheese
3 cloves garlic
pinch of basil
pepper
salt
Method
Wash tomatoes, peel and finely. Garlic peel and grate. In a saucepan on the fire put 1.5 liters of water to boil. Put the tomatoes, garlic, basil, the oil, salt and pepper. Cover and boil for 30 minutes. Add noodles and boil for another 15 minutes. The soup is served with grated cheese.
