Soup of potato and nettle

Ingredients
4-5 (400 g) potatoes
2 handfuls (300 g) nettle
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
6 tbsp (60 ml) vegetable oil
salt
garlic
vinegar or yogurt
Method
In boiling salted water, put peeled and diced potatoes. As boil the potatoes, add the washed and chopped nettles. When the potatoes are soft, add the onion, finely chopped, and fat. The soup simmer for a few minutes. Season with crushed garlic and vinegar or yogurt and serve.
