Soup of red lentils with onions and potatoes

Ingredients
2 onions
3-4 potatoes
1 cup red lentils
olive oil or sunflower oil
1-2 cubes vegetable bouillon
salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp curry

Method
Chop the onion finely and fry in a little olive oil. And add the diced potatoes and fry for 3-4 minutes on all sides, stirring. Make 1.5-2 liters of water, put it on the lentils and other products. When the soup boils, reduce heat and leave on low heat until tender lentils and potatoes.

Very interesting, I felt - with fries ...My husband ordered for tomorrow lentils, but mine is green - suppose will happen to her.
How appetizing look the picture ...

I also sometimes put a potato, even smoked sausage. I learned here - Spain, but do not fry the potato and add it directly to boil.

Do not put curry, but it is very nice.

soup became divine! I recommend it to everyone!

I would add a few skilitki garlic skins.
