Souvlaki with minced meat

Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
2 bunches of parsley, chopped
egg 1
2 kg minced meat
1 onion, finely chopped
salt (if the minced meat is not enough salt)
curry
cumin
veil - pork or lamb
Method
Potatoes, finely grated and squeezed the juice is mixed with other products. From raw veil cut pieces of squares. Insert the filling and rolled dolmaschki. Thus formed are put in the freezer to firm. Bake in a preheated BBQ with periodic reversal.
