Spaghetti Carbonara with wine

Ingredients
150 g bacon
1 onion
1/4 cup dry white wine
400 g spaghetti
3 eggs
60-70 g feta cheese Parmesan
1 tsp pepper
salt
Method
Fry bacon on medium heat with constant stirring until it begins to release fat. Add the chopped onion and fry until golden. Add wine and bring to the boil until the liquid is evaporated by half. Add cooked and drained pasta and stir until the sauce is evenly distributed. Remove from heat and add pre-scrambled eggs with grated feta cheese, black pepper and salt. Dish stir well and serve immediately.
