Spaghetti Chinese-style

Ingredients
500 g chicken fillet
3 large cloves garlic
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt and black pepper
1 tbsp vodka
1/2 tsp honey (or sugar)
370 g rice noodles
1 small hot pepper without seeds, finely chopped - optional
1 onion
1 small zucchini
1 carrot
pepper 1
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 drops of sesame sunflower oil

Method
Chicken fillet cut into long, narrow strips. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, mustard, ginger, honey vodka, the oil, salt and pepper. The meat is placed in a bowl, mix well and leave to marinate for about 20 minutes. Carrots, zucchini, pepper and cut into julienne (or peeler for cucumbers), onions - into crescents and divided arms into julienne. Rice noodles are cooked according to the manufacturer's instructions, then drain well. Heat firmly 2 tbsp sunflower oil in a wok or deep pan (to smoke) and add the chicken fillet. Fry about 3-4 minutes, with stirring. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a warm place. Add another 1 tbsp sunflower oil in the pan and vegetables. Fry, stirring for 3-4 minutes until tender but slightly crunchy. Add well drained spaghetti to the pan. Returns to the pan and chicken together with saliva. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if necessary. Add a few drops of sesame oil and sunflower oil mix. Serve immediately, sprinkled with a little chopped parsley.

Bravo Maggie! An Asian recipe is almost like the original! For vermicelli in BG has the company VI FONG, it is more delicious than the Chinese. Other transparent rice noodles, fried and not use it for soups. And a clarification, they do not use vodka in food because rice vodka has a very strong smell, I would say disgusting. All these products marinade put them when mixed zelnchutsite and meat without mustard, honey and vodka. Lyubomila dish at home. :)

Maggie made such Tefal frying pan, but with a flat bottom. The original is a rounded bottom. Happens in another pan, just koli4estvoto must be less because it is difficult to mix. It is important to let the noodles for 3 minutes, no more hot water, because then frying if soft breaks. If you try and soy sprouts, becomes Vietnamese. And before you put to fry the chicken (If you do not marinade in advance) put a skill. garlic, crushed just for flavor.
