Ingredients
300 g spaghetti
2.5 kg scallops or 500 g clams
500 ml cream
1 lemon
2 egg yolks
1/2 bunch of dill
1 tsp sea salt
pepper
3-4 cloves garlic
50 g butter
2 tbsp olive oil

Method
Boil pasta in salted water. Drain and set aside. The water is retained. In a pan melt the butter with two tablespoons of olive oil. Fry the finely chopped garlic cloves. Then in the pan add clams. If used scallops are first cleaned and cooked for about five minutes, then taken out of the shell using only nuts. In bowl, stir the egg yolks, rind and juice of lemon, cream and a little broth from the mussels. All this is poured into the pan and mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add finely chopped dill. Spaghetti return to the sauce and mix. If necessary, add a little water in which mumbo spaghetti.
