Ingredients
800 g peas from a can (1 jar)
1 kg potatoes
7 eggs
1/2 cup flour
5-6 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tomatoes
50 g cheese
dill
pepper
salt
125 g butter
Method
Cook potatoes and smash mashed. Mix 3 eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Spread in greased baking sheet, leaving a high edge. The remaining 4 eggs are cooked, cut into slices and arrange on the puree. Peas drained, mixed with the heated butter and bread crumbs and pour over the eggs. Top put sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and dill and bake about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
