Spicy appetizer carrot with sesame

Ingredients
1 kg carrots
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp roasted sesame
1 and 1 / 2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 tbsp salt
Method
Carrots are cut into very thin julienne or grated, salting, allowed to stand for 30 minutes and then drained of the excess juice. Fine-cut rings, fry in the fat until golden, cooled and added to the carrots. Grind garlic or compressed and mixed with black and red pepper, coriander, sesame, sugar and lemon juice. The mixture is added to the carrots and onions. Appetizer mix well and leave to rest in a cool 1-2 hours. In skidding is formed in an appropriate dish and garnish optional.
