Ingredients
          8 lower chicken legs
          1 small onion
          1 dried chili pepper, crushed
          4 tbsp grated cheese
          50 g lukanka
          8 slices bacon
          1 tbsp unisos
              Method
              The meat on the bone of the leg push gently with a knife up and the knee is cut with scissors chicken or chopper. Mix the chopped onion and chili pepper, cheese and sausage.
