Ingredients
400 g cabbage
1 carrot
2 tbsp soy sunflower oil (or usually)
1 tbsp sesame sunflower oil
1/2 red pepper
1 small chili pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
green onions to taste

Method
Cabbage cut into strips and leave to soften in hot water. Rinse with cold water and dry well. Carrots cut into julienne and add to cabbage. In fat mixture of 2 tbsp soy and sunflower oil 1 tbsp sesame fry half a red pepper and a little chili pepper, and sprinkle the boiling fat cabbage. Season with vinaigrette made with 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and let cool for at least two hours. * I remember that I ate this salad sprinkled with sesame pretty well combined as taste.
