Spicy fish sauce with potatoes and garlic

Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
1/2 head garlic
3-4 yolks
1/3 cup milk
salt
pepper
dill
lemon juice
Method
Potatoes are finely chopped and boiled in lightly salted water until warm them add the grated garlic and broken and agitated until the mashed potatoes. In small portions and stirring continuously, add olive oil, egg yolks. Continue to stir and add the milk, lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste. Finally add the chopped dill and mix with a mixer. With so prepared sauce pour prepared pieces of fish or meat and let stand at least 30 minutes before the presentation. Optional to the sauce can be added finely chopped olives and a pinch of crushed chili in large pieces. Mostly goes to fish dishes cooked on BBQ or in the oven.
