Spicy pork bacon

Ingredients
5 steaks
10-15 bacon strips
# For the marinade:
4 tbsp sunflower oil
2 cloves garlic (pressed)
salt, pepper, a pinch of rosemary
# For the filling:
150 -200 g mushrooms
1 onion
salt, pepper
250-300 g chicken liver
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Mix all ingredients for the marinade. Pork is crushed, pour in the marinade and leave for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Chicken livers and fry Strain. Mushrooms and onions are cut and fried. Everything is mixed and seasoned with pepper and salt. In the center of each steak put the filling, turns like a ball, wrap with bacon strips 2-3. Each ball fry for 8-10 minutes in a heated oil, and then put in the oven at 150 C and baked for 15 minutes.
