Ingredients
          500 g minced meat turkey
          2 red or yellow onion (medium heads)
          1 liter chicken broth
          1 and 1/2 cup Cheddar feta cheese sauce
          3/4 cup tomato paste
          1 tsp pressed garlic
          parsley
          croutons
          raw chillies
          dry shredded bacon (at will)

          Method
              In slightly an oily pan fry the minced meat turkey with chopped onion until mince is ready. Stir constantly so as not to produce large lumps. Add chicken broth, processed cheese cheddar, tomato paste and garlic. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Allow to boil for 10 minutes. If you love a thick supichki can thicken with 1 tbsp flour. Garnish with fresh parsley, croutons and chopped fresh chili pepper (in this case I did not and so I used dried chili cook until the soup to make it spicy) and dry bacon optional.
