Spinach croquettes with blue cheese

Ingredients
500 g spinach
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch dill
1-2 pinches nutmeg
2 cloves garlic
4 boiled potatoes
20 g butter
1 egg
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
100 g blue or white feta cheese feta cheese
salt
flour
egg 1

Method
Sesame spinach cleaned, washed and blanched briefly. Drain and cut into small pieces. Chopped parsley, dill, garlic, onion sauté in the butter. Add spinach and nutmeg, flavor with salt and leave to cool. Cooked potatoes are grated and added to the spinach mixture. Add the egg. Mix everything very well and gradually pour breadcrumbs. If the mixture is rare add breadcrumbs. Of spinach puree hands make balls. In each ball is made hole which puts a piece of blue cheese. Shape is round croquettes, rolled in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in the sesame. Fry in oil bath.
