Spinach tart

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry
100 g pine nuts
500 g feta cheese
200 g spinach
5 eggs
100 g cheese
pepper, salt, nutmeg
lemon peel
lump of butter
oregano
Method
Mix pine nuts, the feta cheese, eggs, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano. In a hot pan greased with sunflower oil put spinach for 2-3 minutes. Then add to it salt, nutmeg, lemon peel and cube butter. Having become a finished poured into a mixture of products. We take a tray and put baking paper that is wet and soil to rotate 4 layers peel and mix well until the mixture over. Closing everything with paper baking again wet. Put for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180C degrees. Once you become ready cut into triangles. Serve with a sprig of rosemary and crumbled feta cheese.
