Spindle in Strandja

Ingredients
2 kg pork loin
250 g sterilized mushrooms
200 g cheese
5 boiled eggs
100 g butter
200 ml sunflower oil
3 onions
200 ml wine
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Tenderloin be hammered into thin. Rub with salt and pepper. Make a mixture of chopped mushrooms, cooked and chopped eggs, parsley and onions and grated cheese. The mixture add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Fillet sprinkle with lumps butter, put it on stuffing the meat is rolled. Put it in a buttered baking dish, pour in the oil and white wine. Baked in a hot oven.
