Sponge cake with apples karamelezirani

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
1 tsp baking soda
# For caramelization:
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
125 g butter
5-6 apples
Method
In cakes form karamelezira sugar, add the butter and chopped apples. Holds to boil 2-3 minutes and remove. Eggs are broken sugar, the oil and the walnuts. Less added sifted with baking powder and baking flour. The resulting dough is poured over apple mixture. Bake in a moderate oven.

I did not understand the form dab you fat and what size is it?

Vania, read the recipe intently. The form caramelized sugar, add the butter and put yabaalkite. Over apple mixture (which is inside the form) into the dough. It will when and how to bake with fat;)

I have a question: do you not feel a lot of soda and baking powder in the dough (I have a little problem with these odors and still look good to mask)? I made this recipe and it was delicious and beautiful cake, but escaped risers (I added one protein and plenty Beat with a mixer), because I was not sure whether I will remain the smell of baking, and I want to do exactly the recipe. Thank you.
