Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1 vanilla
baking powder 1
1 tsp cinnamon
2 apples
100 g crushed walnuts

Method
Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the oil and yoghurt. Add flour as necessary - to obtain the density of cake dough, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, the walnuts and apples, peeled and diced. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees.
