Sponge cake a la Krems

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sugar
4 cup flour
200 g filo pastry sheets
1 cup ground plum jam
1/3 cup hot water
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda - equal
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 mandarins
powdered sugar

Method
First whisk the eggs with a wire, then add the sugar and stir. In a large glass or other container to avoid boil, stir the yogurt with baking soda and add to the eggs and sugar. In a bowl mix the sweet plum with hot water and add to the eggs, sugar and milk. All together was stirred again. Pan banitsa are broken into larger pieces in the blend and nice mix. Then flour was added in a glass beaker while stirring until the usual density of the mixture cake. Insert the oil, mandarins are cut into pieces slice and mix everything. The thus obtained mixture was poured into a pan or cake pan, greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200C degrees in zamisimost of the oven about 40-45 minutes. Once removed to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Takaaa, this recipe was born in my head about 3:00 and decided to share it :) I did review what I have at home, such as products, I read many different recipes of which are something I missed and finally threw everything deciding that alone will concoct something according to what I have. My initial idea was it described, but without oil and mandarins, but ... I saw what I get, I decided I needed a little oil and I said, Well what would happen if you slice and tangerines ... :) As pretty self-critical person, very much liked the creature! It showed me that I can compose their recipes because I cleverly learned to handle measures and products :) I hope and still some of you to his liking;)

And I forgot ... after having tried it, not only that I liked, but I think you can try and delight to put or walnuts. There is room for improvisation :)

On me do what I love to improvise .. because subordinated always what you planned will undergo a thousand changes until cooked. In improvisation his mother, I'm sure that has received something delicious .. now someone such as I will replace with such sweet by .. peaches or apples .. can add raisins and .. and here .. lol :)

I totally agree with you Dochie, since I'm a fan of improvisation and actually almost never do so as I have read in recipes, but still something hacked my bad ... just that there are people who are angry, noting that he tried a different way and not take it as exchange of experience, therefore refrain describing the changes do;)

Oh .. me .. you say it a few days ago I made registration here until now only've seen recipes and more with my first post I received a negative comment .. that the top is so illogical given that the kitchen has no rules, there or cook with soul or after someone set criteria .. I believe in life and in cooking there is something / someone to say what is right and what is not .. everyone modeled their recipes taste ... me if I now put strawberry jam instead of plums .. (because I plum) or put orange mandarins because they ate .. what to do?!? I hope you are not angry .. :)
