Sponge cakechetata Mom

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3-4 tbsp sweet
50 g walnuts (optional)
50 g of raisins (optional)

Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar to melt and. Then add the oil, water and flour, to which is added soda. Mix well. Add the sweet (preferably it is with whole fruit or larger), cinnamon, raisins and the walnuts. Pour the mixture into paper shapes, and they are in mono mafeni (also happens in Sholin cream caramel, previously greased and dusted with flour). Bake in preheated oven at 200C or 180C degrees degrees with a fan for about 30 minutes. Cupcakes ready when slightly separated from the paper. Optional sprinkled with powdered sugar.
