Ingredients
500 g cornmeal
500 g flour
1 cube of yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salt
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 egg
100 g yogurt
1 tsp baking soda

Method
Yeast put in a bowl with warm water, the sugar, the oil and 2-3 tablespoons of white flour. Once you become a leaven is added to the mixed and sifted flour.
