2 zucchini
2 eggplants
3 red peppers
3 carrots
5-6 baby potatoes
2 onions
garlic, parsley, dill
1 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup sunflower oil
4 chicken legs

Method
Eggplants, courgettes, peppers, carrots and potatoes cut into large cubes and fry. They add the chopped onion and garlic. All poured into a pan and add salt and pepper spiced and chopped dill and parsley. Finally, make the tomato paste and stir nice. Arrange the stew on chicken legs. Bake at 200 C for about an hour.
