Stew with garlic

Ingredients
500 g veal
3-4 cloves garlic
3 cups water
3 tbsp vinegar
4-5 tbsp fat
Method
Veal cut and peeled garlic. In a saucepan ranks meat and garlic on it and dish pour water, vinegar and fat, then put to simmer until the fat remains.
