Ingredients
1 rabbit - about 1 kg
7-8 green peppers
1 fleshy red pepper
4 tomatoes
100 ml white wine
oil
rosemary, thyme, salt

Method
Rabbit wash and cut into portions. The peppers are cut into in large pieces tomatoes grated. In a saucepan with olive oil, enough to cover the bottom, fry the pieces of meat until golden, add the peppers, tomatoes and wine. When the wine boil off put the spices and pour water enough to cover everything. Stew boil on low heat for about an hour, should remain rare.
